IS there a sin that holds you???

You see,We are creatures of habit.And we have normal desires.satan uses these againtst us .But the problem is in the flesh and mind.these desires are normal for the flesh and the things you put in your mind cause them to come about.We are to walk in our spirits ,born of GOD.if we do?We will not allow the flesh or natural mind to control us.Another problem is demons will remind you ,you are weak.But GOD says we are overcomers and OVER COME ALLL THINGS.
of course reading GODS LIVING WORD WILL HELP.BELIEVING IT SULRY WILL!
But I find personally?FASTING gives us the victory very quick,if we can fast!
WE SEE HERE?IT BREAKS EVERY YOKE!
Isa 58:6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
And you are bound by this weakness!
AND WE SEE HERE?THE LORD SAYS WE WILL FAST!
Mat 9:15 And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.

FASTING I HAVE FOUND?TAKES ABOUT 3 FULL DAYS OF WATER ONLY ,READING THE BIBLE and TALKING WITH GOD.
In my life?The 1st days is nothing ,we can work or whatever,the 2rd day is very hard ,we should pray to the LORD for help.The 3rd is victory day.We feel might our mind is clear,we should hear GOD plainly.
Many wonderful blessing can happen on that day!
A fast is to put the innrer man over the flesh ,eating or drinking anything other than water ,will not weaken the flesh ,but will allow it to stay in power.
The point of fasting is to allow the real you ,to gain control!
Isa 58:10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
Isa 58:5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, Isa 58:8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy reward.
If you are BORN OF GOD?Then this is your inner man!
Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true
Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
THIS IS THE INNER MAN!How do I know this?Because the just live by FAITh and not by sight.The LIVING WORD TELLS ME.I as a child.accept GODS WORD above my eyes!I will not lean to my own understand.But the bible!
1Jo 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
BELIEVE this is you .may well cause you to desire to live as the inner man oor we can say?GOD WANTS YOU TOO!BECAUSE NOTNING CAN KEEP US DOWN ,if we obey HIS WORD!BLESS YOU,I KNOW YOU WILL OVERCOME!BECAUSE HE SAID YOU WOULD!

Well as you know!The LORD said we WOULD FAST!
The NEW creature made after GOD HIMSELF ,is with in us.HE will not sin nor allow the boby to sin ,if in control.But most people live by the flesh and only partly in the spirit!This causes us many problems as you may know.We have avery hard time overcoming things and get mad easy.And even say things that are not of GOD1.BUT if we walk or are led by the inner man.HE will follow our LORD.Led by the HOLY GHOST who dwells with in us with our spirit!

Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
WE see a clear picture of our spirit,ONCE BORN OF GOD!
Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

DO you know?
JESUS CHRIST was BORN OF GOD.of course HE is a part of GOD!
But we too are BORN of GOD!
Our birth,is in our spirits.
We cannot see this new creature!But accept by FAITH.
1Jo 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
THIS IS TALKING ABOUT THE INNER MAN
FEW pay much attention to HIm.
But this is the part of us that goes to OUR CITY .Where OUR LORD AND MASTER ,JESUS CHRIST IS!Where our true family is.of course we have much family here also!

I agree with the need to fast and understand why it is important. but I don't uderstand your use of Isaiah 58:6 concerning the fasting of food.

Isaiah 58:1-9
1 “Shout with the voice of a trumpet blast. Tell my people Israel* of their sins! 2 Yet they act so pious! They come to the Temple every day and seem delighted to hear my laws. You would almost think this was a righteous nation that would never abandon its God. They love to make a show of coming to me and asking me to take action on their behalf. 3 ’We have fasted before you!’ they say. ‘Why aren’t you impressed? We have done much penance, and you don’t even notice it!’
“I will tell you why! It’s because you are living for yourselves even while you are fasting. You keep right on oppressing your workers. 4 What good is fasting when you keep on fighting and quarreling? This kind of fasting will never get you anywhere with me. 5 You humble yourselves by going through the motions of penance, bowing your heads like a blade of grass in the wind. You dress in sackcloth and cover yourselves with ashes. Is this what you call fasting? Do you really think this will please the Lord?
6 “No, the kind of fasting I want calls you to free those who are wrongly imprisoned and to stop oppressing those who work for you. Treat them fairly and give them what they earn. 7 I want you to share your food with the hungry and to welcome poor wanderers into your homes. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help.
