We are going to have to learn to be willing to tolerate the fact that Ishi does not look exactly like a human. Ishi made man in His image, yet Ishi is a Superior Being and not of the earth. Yet, the earth is of Ishi.

Furthermore, in remembering that our bodies will be changed into heavenly bodies, let’s bring this into full focus. If your body were to change right now into anything at all, could you handle it? Only if you prepare your heart to receive the Truth with open arms, whatsoever the Truth may be.

To help yourself be ready for your new heavenly body, kindly please make your best effort to grasp the Understanding of how a heavenly body (celestial) will differ from an earthly body (terrestrial).

1 Corinthians 15:39-40 (King James Version)

All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.

There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

1 Corinthians 15:50-53 (King James Version)

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

{Please now mentally prepare for this to happen to your body soon.}

Ishi sounds Fishy.
Ishi is a name of God. You will find His name written this way in the KJV or Hebrew bible (Tanakh). In other bible versions, such as NIV, the translation of Ishi is used rather than the name itself. The translation of Ishi is "My Husband".

Here is Ishi:

Hosea 2:16 King James Version

And it shall be at that day, saith the Lord, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.

Hosea 2:16 New International Version

"In that day," declares the Lord, "you will call me 'my husband'; you will no longer call me 'my master'.

(The Tanakh has this precept numbered as Hoshea 2:18)

Hosea 2:18 Tanakh

And it shall come to pass on that day, says the Lord, you shall call [Me] Ishi, and you shall no longer call Me Baali.

HOSEA 2: 18 context actually starts in vs 16. " you will call me 'My Husband' and no longer will call me 'My Baal'..
Vs18 "and I will make for them a Covenant on that day with the beasts of the field the birds of the heavens and the creeping things of the ground. And I will abolish the bow , the sword and war from the land, and I will make you lie down in safety."

Thank you ever so much for following up. Yes, I agree with your accuracy that Ishi in most bible versions is mentioned in Hosea 2:16. Some versions such as NIV use the translation, which is "My Husband" while others, such as KJV use the name Ishi.

However, if anyone uses the JPS version of the Old Testament Hebrew Bible (aka Tanakh); in this particular bible the verse about Ishi is located in Hosea 2:18, possibly due to translation reasons, as this bible is written in Hebrew, yet includes the English translation.

How human does God look?

Rev 1:13; and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like a son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and girded across His chest with a golden sash.
Rev 1:14; His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire.
Rev 1:15; His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters.

Isa 6:1; In the year of King Uzziah's death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple.

Rev 2:18; "And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: The Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet are like burnished bronze, says this:

Rev 19:11; And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war.
Rev 19:12; His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself.
Rev 19:13; He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
Rev 19:14; And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.
Rev 19:15; From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.
Rev 19:16; And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."

Here's more about Ishi's appearance. (Let's keep this going...)

THE GLORY OF ISHI

Exodus 33:20
And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.

Isaiah 6:1-3
In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.

And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

Ezekiel 1:1-14
Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

In the fifth day of the month, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin's captivity,

The word of the Lord came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the Lord was there upon him.

And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.

And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.

And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.

And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.

Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.

As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.

Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.

And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went.

As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.

Matthew 17:1-2 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,

And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
