Let me share a story . Once upon a time, a man was walking his dog on the sidewalk in a semi rural neighborhood. He noticed a huge hole had developed in the road, but thought no more of it. Down the road around the curve a Honda Accord was approaching with four women on board doing around 55mph. He DID NOT wave them down and warn them of the impending danger, just kept walking. The car hit the pothole, she lost control and crashed into a large tree, all four were badly injured and the car was written off. When the dog walker heard about the accident, he was extremely saddened, felt great guilt and shame. This is based on a true story The moral is, if people are in danger they must be warned. The dog walker is solely responsible for the accident.

I disagree with the fatalism-conclusion of absolutely destiny placed on the dog walker as the keeper of men's fate. There's equal chance that the women in the car could have seen the pothole ahead of time, slowed and drove past or over it. What factors contributed to the women crashing as opposed to missing the pothole. Talking and not paying attention? Horsing around, being giggly-goo-gah-gash about the last guys they were intimate with? Keeping up on the latest of the social media posts? Speeding so that could get to their destination quickly without delay? A normalcy bias, that I wake up everyday, safe and sound and today will be no different?

Oh yeah, the dog walker sure has a huge burden to carry. Maybe he can be promoted to God and he could change the fate of injustice against mankind.
