Can anyone help me with this? I have been tired lately, mostly my mind feels dull and worn out. It is affecting my work around the house. I am unable to do
much in the workout department and coffee just makes it worse. I am really suffering with tiredness and I just can't afford to be tired with 3 children to look after.
Is there any health alternative. Some people say ginseng helps, but I don't want to run out and buy any products willy nilly.
Anyway, that is my dilemma.
Praise the Lord.
Amen:Pixie:love:

Hi there sister pixie

I have been using apple cider vinegar for quite some time now. There are lots of good things that it helps the body with. Including arthritis. There is a website about it. You can buy it in liquid form but I buy the tablets instead.
I Just checked up on it and fatigue is also mentioned. I do seem to have more energy than I used to have.

Do a google search for apple cider vinegar and you will see where you can buy it and also you will see a site with a list of all the things it helps with.

I am on blood pressure tablets and have to keep my cholesterol down and this is also supposed to do that. I do not go for my check up on it till the summer.

Someone else reported that her levels were indeed down since she has been using this product.

God bless you sister  :rainbow: :rose:

Thanks ladylovesJesus

I will go out and buy some. I am sure they must sell it at the health food store.
Funny, you get all kinds of testimonies here at Talk Jesus. And most of them are true. Praise God. You are all such good friends in Christ.

Job 42:10 (Whole Chapter)
After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD made him prosperous again and gave him twice as much as he had before.

And of course these famous words.

John 15: 12My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. 13Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. 14You are my friends if you do what I command. 15I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. 16You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. 17This is my command: Love each other.

So many of you are following the command of Jesus Christ, right here at Talk Jesus.

Smiles and Amen:Pixie
