Jesus brought a new covenant

For Unto Us A Child Is Born...

Prophecy Fulfilled in the Person of Jesus of Nazareth

The Messiah would be the messenger and bearer of a new convenant.

Prophecy:

"Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts."

Malachi 3:1

Fulfillment:

Fulfillment:

And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it. And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many. Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.

I love fufilled prophesy! How can an athiest argue that?! It's so obvious it's almost mindboggling. I think though, a lot of people say they can't find God when in fact, they aren't even looking.
