The spiritual world is dichotomous. It is light or darkness, Jesus or the devil, heaven or hell, black or white. There is no grey area. Not being religious does not give you a neutral ground. By choosing to be friends with the world, you default to becoming enemy of God. That is why in the end the people of the world will be divided into two parts: The sheep and the goat; regardless of race, sex etc...

“All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left………… "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed…”…….Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me….” Mt 25:31-41

Oh that beautiful book of James. For a book with 5 quick chapters it just amazes me how much truth and wisdom is in that book. The first time I read through it, I felt like I was unlocking secrets.
How terrifying it is sometimes to just watch the world in enmity with God. God certainly paints a black and white picture in his word, but Satan has put a sign above the broad road that leads to destruction, and it says:

HEAVEN: ENTER HERE

Our job here is crystal clear: Tell the world they have been deceived. Put the word in front of those seeking, and exhort those who have been deceived.

The Word of God is so amazing!!! When I first became Saved I was disappointed in myself that I could not understand His message which is so vivid and so clear! He took the blinders off of my eyes and exposed me to the Truth! I pray that the works that the father is doing in me (and us) are making Him smile! I just stop and think without God, where would I be?
