Over the years I've heard about Maitreya and never gave it much thought. Recently with the increase of spiritualism in the church and outside, it had me thinking even more about supposed prophets. I'm interested in other people's views and opinions on this Maitreya or other false messiahs they may know about ( share names).
For those who never heard the name, please watch and share your thoughts.

God bless

"For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.Matthew 24:24

It is the if possible part that gives me comfort. If we stay close to His heart we will know His voice and not follow another.

Matt 24:23; "Then if anyone tells you, 'Look, here is the Messiah,' or 'There he is,' don't believe it.
Matt 24:24; For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God's chosen ones.
Matt 24:25; See, I have warned you about this ahead of time.
Matt 24:26; "So if someone tells you, 'Look, the Messiah is out in the desert,' don't bother to go and look. Or, 'Look, he is hiding here,' don't believe it!
Matt 24:27; For as the lightning flashes in the east and shines to the west, so it will be when the Son of Man comes.

Ther have been many that proclaim a type of Christian faith but deny the power there of ..!
beware of these ! I'm seeing a ramp up of Gods Holy Spirit poured out ..The word tells us that was left as a Comfoter and for discernment and wisdom ...be not deceived for they are Wolf in Sheeps clothing and have a special place in hell.!! Rev

For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers... Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.
Titus 1:10-11

Benny Hinn who features in the first part of the video gets my skin crawling.....'a vain talker and deceiver'
There are so many false prophesies connected to Hinn.....too many to write...easily found online.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? and in Thy name have cast out devils? and in Thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Mat 7:22-23

These verses are the ones that tell it as it is for me. If after reading them we walk down the street and see a sign posted in front of a church building reading "Come meet Jesus here", or other words to that effect, why is that different? There are lots of empty promises being offered. I remember a man visited a non-denominational Pentecostal church meeting on a week night and it was spiritually dead. A regular member told him to come back on Sunday morning when the Spirit would descend in a great way. Does anyone see anything wrong with those words? Is Jesus the Way, the Truth and Life ONLY on Sunday mornings or only during certain church services, or ONLY....???
