Never judge healing by the flesh, because your flesh doesn't determine whether you are healed or not.
What determines whether you are healed or not, is God's word.
God's word is the determining factor. Like in the case of Abraham before his name was changed, God promised him he would have descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky, but there were some problems as it says in Romans 4:19 his body was dead and his wife's womb was dead. But, in spite of that God told him in Genesis 17:4,5 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. And in Genesis 17:15 God told him, And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be. Notice, what their names mean, Abraham means father of a multitude and Sarah means Princess of nations. And you see back in Roman 4:19 that Abraham considered not the deadness of his own body neither the deadness of his wife's womb. Abraham knew his flesh and his wife's flesh was not the issue, but only what God said mattered.
So, what did God say, Surely he hath borne our griefs(sicknesses and diseases), and carried our sorrows(pains and afflictions): yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Notice, it says that Jesus bore our sicknesses and diseases and carried our pains and afflictions so for him to bear ours that means ours had to be taken from us. And if you look at verse 10 it says God put him to grief in some translations it says God made him sick like in the LEB translation Yet Yahweh was pleased to crush him; he made him sick. How did God make him sick, with our sicknesses. Like it says in 1 Peter 2:24 Himself bare our sins in his own body on the tree and by whose stripes ye were healed backing up Isaiah 53:4,5. The same way he bore our sins he also bore our sicknesses. That's how God sees you like He saw Abraham as a father of many nations. And as he didn't consider his body, but only the word of God that's what we should do. He only considered what God said was done and that's what we should do because that's what God said do. In 2 Corinthians 4:18 it says, For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. The unseen things are eternal or spiritual. The scriptures can't be broken and Jesus can't be unstriped so your healing is a forever settled matter.
Please, don't make the mistake of thinking of spiritual things as less real than material things.
That would be a mistake because the scripture says the seen things are temporal or changable, but the unseen things are eternal or everlasting(they don't change). What God has done through Jesus in the spiritual realm are finished works that can't be undone. Spiritual is just as real as material for God who is Spirit (John 4:24) ; was manifested in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16).
Are you going to tell me God was more real in the flesh than He is now as spirit, of course not.
By healing being a finished work of God, that takes away most people's questions like: Is it his will to heal me, or can the healing be done, or am I worthy enough. No, those are no longer valid questions because the healing has been done for everyone and just as anyone at anytime and anywhere can receive salvation, anyone can receive their healing. Because, salvation and healing go together here are some verses just for reference Isaiah 53:4,5/ 1 Peter 2:24/ Psalm 103:3/ James 5:14,15/ Mark 2:2-12. Notice, in those scriptures wherever you see forgiveness you see healing because they go together; man is the one that separates them not God. And in Titus 2:11 it says, For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men. You look up that word salvation in The Strongs Concordance it also means healing. And it says that it has appeared to all men which means it is available for all men. Look at 1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. One of the meanings of that word saved is heal, it's the word sozo #4982 in The Strongs Concordance.
That's not surprising, for 1 John 3:8 says that Jesus was manifested to destroy the works of the devil. Is sickness a work of the devil, yes according to Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. That's what he came to do and there is no failure in God so he must have accomplished it. So, don't tell me God might want only certain people healed; the verses in the previous paragraph says ALL MEN. Just as He wants all men to be saved, He wants all men(people) to be healed. Sickness was never his will for mankind and it never will be. Look at what it says in James 1:17, Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. So, what comes from God is good and perfect and that is not sickness. God wants that condition gone and Jesus was striped for you to be free of it. The points I want you to see is that your healing is already done and God wants you to receive it. He's not withholding it from anyone and it's not reserved for certain people. The next time or a little later we will look at how to receive your healing. God Bless! Oh, one more point your healing also covers injuries, that could be considered an affliction. When Peter cut the high priest servant ear off what did Jesus do, healed him (Luke 22:49-51).
It is not God's will that any should perish. And I wouldn't want to end this article without giving someone the opportunity to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It's very easy just pray: Dear God- I know I have sinned and I now turn from them and I invite Jesus to come into my heart (Revelation 3:20). He died for my sins and you have raised him from the dead and I now confess that Jesus is my Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9,10). I thank you for saving me, Amen
