Hi There,

My brother has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Dermatomyositis. Some people have found vegetable and fruit juicing very helpful in dealing with this disease. So he bought a juicer. And now he does not know what to do. Do any of you that do the juicing have any receipes that are favorites Would love for you to share if so. Thanks.

He could check with his local library, I'm sure they have books on juicing with lot's of recipes. I've seen them in my local library.
