Facts of the case​

Joseph Kennedy, a high school football coach, engaged in prayer with a number of students during and after school games. His employer, the Bremerton School District, asked that he discontinue the practice in order to protect the school from a lawsuit based on violation of the Engagement Clause. Kennedy refused and instead rallied local and national television, print media, and social media to support him.
Kennedy sued the school district for violating his rights under the First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The district court held that because the school district suspended him solely because of the risk of constitutional liability associated with his religious conduct, its actions were justified. Kennedy appealed, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed.

I can not imagine Daniel nor Hananiah, Azariah or Mishael doing that. Neither our King, Whom we follow and praise

I'm trying to make sure I understand your quote above. So what you were saying

was that you were surprised that the man (Kennedy) sued over prayer , and you could

not imagine Daniel sueing over prayer, is that what are you saying?

yes, that is correct. I would not say i was surprised, though. Not sure how best to describe it.

Daniel was 'respectful' and was delivered by the LORD.
I think we miss that a lot about Daniel.

They are sure getting the lefties in the US mad!
1st with the Gun issue case out of New York, then add the Roe vs Wade decision, and now the High School Coach Praying!
People can dislike former President Trump for a number of reasons, but you have to like him for the 3 Supreme Court Justices he got selected for the Supreme Court!

There is one more major ruling left, it is not as big. It relates to the EPA's ability to regulate companies for climate change.

Not necessarily as big as the other ones where Christians necessarily have a super strong view on one side or the other, but

Personally, I believe that there should be restrictions, but not arbitrary ones that have little to do with the Science.
