Laughter makes you feel good.
There's nothing like a good, clean joke to lighten your spirits -- and brighten your day.
In fact, I've found that nothing changes our outlook more quickly than a dose of laughter! The Bible tells us that "a merry heart does good, like medicine ... " (Proverbs 17:22, NKJV)
And as Christians, we should be the happiest and most joy-filled people on Earth. This is why I believe taking the time to laugh is not only a great burden-lifter, but a testimony to others!
