Lemon Squares

1-1/2 cups graham crakers crushed
1/2 cup sugar divided
6 Tablespoons margerene or butter softened
2 ( 8 oz pkgs. of Philadelphia cream cheese softened
3 cups of milk - divided
2 pkgs. (4-serving size each) Jello brand instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip strawberry flavour

Mix gramham crakers crumbs. 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into a 13x 9-inch baking pan
Put cream cheese in bowl add rest of sugar and beat till well blended. spread over graham
craker crust. Then in large bowl pour in 2-3/4 cups of milk add Jello Pudding mix beat till it
thickens , pour over cream cheese mixture , refridguate 5-1o mins. Then spread Whipped
topping over the top , keep refriduated till ready to sereve.

This realy is a taste treat I got from my sister.

I just had a heart attack lol. I'm a health freak and that just blew me away. Otherwise, the recipe does sound very delicious

Hi Greyfeather,

That sounds divine. I've always wanted to learn the recipe for these type of squares. Just one question - is the pudding suppose be lemon? Silly question but I had to ask.
