Even here we have to do it IN FAITH.--------->
We had an elder (one of four) who constantly took us to the ''edge''.
Where I truly believe all Holy Spirit filled Christians long to be, readied to jump at Gods prompting. Excited by Natural curiosity, the adrenaline rush, or for obedience sake & denile of the power of ego/self.
He would go to the length of asking; in a prayer meeting, for a named person to pray or even prophesy, you never could relax in your flesh with him around.
I miss him but hold on to the fact that he took me there (the edge) & that where I'll totter expectantly.
God is a ''gentle man'' & we are His children He loves us & would never harm us. We can trust Him & Him only in all & every situation. He only wants the best for us.
Faith is not faith until acted on.
