Live Chat Re-Activated (No Requirements) + New Features

I have removed the 3 forum posts minimum restriction from the live chat for now. No posts or requirements needed to gain access to live chat area, once logged into the site.

Check out the new games in the arcade as well. Added 25 new games (various categories).

Total of 371 games in arcade, all family friendly and kid-safe.
