I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors. My experience has included working in mental health agencies, non-profit community centers, and private practices. I work with all age groups and provide individual, couples, and family counseling. To best help my clients, I use approaches that are centered with a background in psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral and client-centered therapy. I provide an eclectic approach with my client’s to suit each individual's needs effectively. Some of my areas of interest are women’s issues, self-esteem, trauma, relationship conflict, depression, grief/loss, and spiritual issues. In addition, I provide Christian counseling for those clients who would like to implement their faith in therapy. Ultimately, I offer therapy to clients in a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment.
