i want ot lose weight what foods can i stop taking or reduce? i cannot fully exercise will it affect also

Carbohydrates trigger insulin release. That affect causes carbohydrates to be stored as fat and in turn it makes you hungry. The more fat you have on your body the more insulin resistant you are.

When your body is resisting insulin your pancreas overcompensates which creates low blood sugar and hunger and cravings.

The answer is carbohydrate reduction and control.

Cutting carbohydrates is important... as a general rule, you might want to pay a bit more attention to the calorie count of the things you do eat. This information is readily available on the packaging of most foods. For weight loss you would probably not want to exceed 2000calories per day.
Its rather unfortunate that you cannot exercise as a simple cardio vascular routine would be the ideal compliment to your nutritional regime and would speed up weight loss but don't worry even with nutritional tips above you should still achieve results.

Cutting calorie intake still works even if you are limited to how much exercise you can do. Be encouraged, you can do it. Just cut 200 or 300 calories today, and gradually, you will see a change over time. Just cutting a healthy snack in half, only eating half what you normally would, or stop eating a sandwich half-way through....save the other half in a sandwich bag...don't eat the other half until your stomach says you are truly hungry.

Drink enough water and healthy juices. That can also keep you from overeating. A stomach which has enough fluid in it will feel more full and help you lessen overeating.

Do what exercise that you can, and don't feel bad about what you can't do. If there's a condition, ask your doctor about physical things that you want to start to do.

It's better to lose weight gradually than quickly. Quick weight loss tends to inch back up.

I lost weight recently, about 15 pounds. I lost it really quickly--it was actually due to stress. It was really hard for me not to put it back on when the stress was relieved. Gradual weight loss is best, and don't worry so much about the scales. I tend to over-do getting on the scales, it can become obcessive.

Weigh yourself first thing in the morning if you must. Then leave those scales alone. You can retain water through overeating of carbs or a higher salt intake and it will affect your weight even though you are doing good and being conscious of what you eat.

Let yourself be a little hungry at certain times and just give yourself small servings. Don't starve. Our bodies tend to shut the metabolism down when we starve ourselves.

You can do it with God's help. Just be determined to give this to Him so He can help you daily, and when you make a mistake, ask Him to forgive you, AND FORGIVE YOURSELF. We all have to eat in order to live, so it's not like we can give up eating!

Paul says, "Do everything in moderation." That applies here too!

All these things are good.

I just wanted to add something about the weighing in. I would do that every week...pick a day and weigh in on that day before breakfast.

I need to lose weight, too. Now if I could just stay away from the cookies...

I always pray to God for the strength to stay away from the cookies or to just have one and not have the whole box God be with you
