Feed you inner man.

Walk in the Spirit. Like our perfect example Jesus we are to do only what we see the Father doing and then only at the leading and power of the Holy Spirit.

Read you Word daily. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what it means and how to apply it in your life. Take these revelations and by faith walk as though they were the absolute truth.

Pray without ceasing. Keep a prayerful attitude all day long including the Holy Spirit in every activity and though. Talk to God about everything an listen with an expectation that He will answer.

Worship- spend an hour or so a day in worship and you will be touched , transformed and empowered.
