1 8-oz.. Pkg. Elbow macaroni (cooked & drained)
combine in a large bowl
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 8-oz. Carton of sour cream
one egg, lightly beaten
3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper
next
stir in two cups shredded processed american cheese ( two cups would be one pound which is 16- oz. This can be found in the deli dept. At the store.)
add
macaroni, stirring well. Pour into a buttered 9" baking pan & sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
