Well, I see Jordan Rubin who is the author of the Maker's Diet on TBN all the time, and I believe he has a new show. But summed up, he promotes the change of lifestyle. The diet is a bit different and drastic from other diet's because he is more concerned with healthy living rather than just getting the weight off. He promotes organic foods, gives a list of vitamins and natural remedies and warns you of the foods to stay away from that causes many of the ailments that are out- specifically cancer. I know it is a very drastic change -I was wondering if anyone was on it because I wanted to know if it is something that is easy to maintain or if it is difficult. Apparently, he has another book that isn't quite so difficult -I think it is called The Great Physician's Prescription, I could be wrong. :embarasse I believe I will get that one and let you guys know.
