Tribulation- 24:15-22

Rapture- 24:29-31.

Let's examine Matt. 24:9-30: It will be a period of God's wrath. Christ's describes a time of great tribulation on the earth ( vv 21,22), during which Christ will let loose three3 successive series of judgments: the seven sdeals ( Rev. 6:1-17; 8:1), the seven trumpets ( Rev. 8:7- 9:21; 11:15-19, and the seven bowls of God's wrath ( Rev. 15, 16). Since God will be pouring out His wrath on a wicked and rebellious earth ( Rev. 6:17), it is fitting that the true Church will not be here, since God did not appoint us to wrath ( 1 Thess. 5:9).

My bible says that it will be a great time of tribulation, not wrath.

The tribulation ends at the 6th seal, which is darkness. Look at the darkness in Matthew 24:29, which is AFTER the tribulation. We know that the great day of his wrath is come AFTER the 6th seal because verse 17 says so.

God does not pour out his wrath until after the 6th seal. So the church is still here for the tribulation.
