You’ve purchased your fifty pounds of rice and beans and is that the god you trust?
You appear to believe in the soon coming of the Rapture but I ask, “Do you have enough if there is a flood? How about to feed the mice, rats, and roaches? Do you really want vermin and disease feeding from your pantry?
Let me concede, right here that you must be right! It is only logical that as a Christian I missed the boat. I know, you will always “be” Christ-like and never say that just as I refrain, usually, from mentioning the su8bject this morning. Elijah was fed first by Ravines, moved by YHWH to provide for him and then a widowed other with enough grain to feed her and her son once, fed all three of them until the troubles were over and the Prophet moved out to complete YHWH’s Mission of defrocking, exposing if you choose, the king.
These food stocking actions cause me to wonder, do you believe YHWH loves you less than Elijah and the seven thousand other prophets He cared for in that day? Do you believe YHWH is unable t save your life if that is needed? If it is YHWH’s plan that you starve to death and go to Heaven, do you believe you8 can thwart that plan, and why would you want to?
These are rhetorical questions and there are any number of other rhetorical follow up inquiries but, they are not to embarrass but are meant to cause reflection and self examination. In any case, this Pretrib Baptist seeks to see you as blessed as I and mine have been by Yashua ha’Mashiah, Ruah, and our Heavenly Father, YHWH.
