I'm thoroughly upset. I hate religion. Everyone I meet around is so fake. My faith is unmoved,but I'm not satisfied. The only thing I'm sure of in life is Christ. Everything else is a shaking ground.I've stopped thinking and analyzing things. I don't wanna go into the depth of things. I read so many myriad views here,it just makes me wanna cry. I don't think God made it so complicated. All I know is that I'm a notorious sinner,a messed-up unspiritual person who doesn't know systematic theology,who has found God's grace and mercy through Jesus. I dont wanna know anything beyond that. It feels like my head might explode any moment.

totally agree with you

I had the same problem, too many rules, denominations, e.t.c, everything is man created. The good new is that Jesus cares only about what is happening in your heart and how close you are to Him.
if you wanna relax i suggest you(if you have opportunity to get it) read book called "Blue like Jazz",awesome book, its my favorite.

Naomi....Kamila...Appreciate your opening up your hearts to us. Life can be difficult, and we have to discern between what is good and what is not good.

False preachers and false prophets abound more and more.....

Knowing Jesus, the Holy Spirit helps us to single out the wheat from the chaff. This we have to do.....always reading His word, and always prayerfully looking unto Him.

The focus of satan is to blind the minds of people against the understanding of the Gospel. But God does not aim for the mind. He aims for the heart. "For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ" 2 Corinthians 4:6. When we share with unbelievers, we must not try to convince them - mind to mind. Instead, we can cooperate with God and speak the words that He gives us - heart to heart. Many times we target the fruit of a person's life (Galatians 5:19-21). But the more we pick off the fruit, the more it continues to grow back. This is because the fruit of a person's life simply reveals the condition of the roots (Luke 6:43-44). God wants to target the roots of our life. If our roots are in Him, we will produce the fruit of His Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).
I pray this will help you as it has me. I pray the Peace of God to rule and reign in your heart always

Naomi, Hey girl, you know what? You are closer to the Saviour than you think, He never liked religion and fakes either. and as for systematic theology-what the? Who cares? And you know something else? You are right - it shoud not be complicated, cause it isnt. Jesus brought freedom, liberty, honour, dignity, beauty, He came to set the captives free. Through Jesus, you have direct access to the Father, why? cause you are His child, it is your right, and The Lord Himself will teach you. He loves you as He commands you to love Him, with all His heart and mind and strength. I believe its time for you to see yourself as God sees you, Beautiful, gracious, kind, loving, loyal, brave, honouarable, knowing who your Saviour is, adored by the Father, loved, strengthened and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, then begin to walk in that truth. The Lord is just so Fabulous, trust Him, and Him alone and dont worry bout everyone else. Its when you get to that wonderful place of knowing who you are in Him, the world becomes a different place, the doors begin to open and the awesome excitement of beginning to walk in the path that the very Creator of all things, has personally and especially planned for you. Why? cause He is intensly interested in you, as if you are His only child. You have good things coming- everything has its seasons-and for you Spring is almost here. I agree, there are so many false gossips and worldly theories that makes our mind dark and confused. People have traded the truth about God for a lie.

It is better to read from the bible - it is the only book in the world world you can rely on for the Truth.

Also, there are so many people who claim themselves to be Christian, but they may not be. You can identify them by their fruits. If they claim to be a Christian and continue to live in Sin, then Jesus will say: "Depart from me, I never knew you."
