nothing new here bro. I once worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager for a Nationwide Hardware distributor. This man had the contract for screwdrivers and hammers. So the Military would send us an overnight express Purchase Order for a few pocket screwdrivers with a clip (normally $.88) for $5.95 to which we had to reply within 10 days, so we did so at $5.95 and then filled the order and shipped it with an invoice to California (shipping was then around $9.95) and then they forwarded the check overnight express for (uh huh) $5.95) so for about 1 dozen pocket clip screwdrivers the Military paid us what was owed, but in full it cast their budget about $30 dollars. I am not kidding. This happened more than once. All they needed to do was snail mail the PO and call us with the details, but even stranger is that they could have sent a clerk in town and bought what they needed for about $1.00 each. Wow! True!
