Missionaries in Kentucky

Okay, a dear friend of mine is a missionary in KY along with her husband and they are struggling right now a lot. They work mostly with children and a lot of the children seem to not care about anything. I just keep praying that God will open these children's hearts and let them hear His word. My friend is so frustrated with God and it's not really His fault...is it? I mean it's in His timing not ours.
