I would say the thing to do before promoting yourself as a moderator here is humble yourself before God and pray, dont look to promote yourself but let Jesus do it . The first will be last and the last will be first.

I pray that the right people would be put in the position of authority here and that the decisions made would be under the control and guidance of the Holy Spirit, with people who show the 1 Corinthians 13 love to all regardless of personal judgements.

Lord Jesus I ask for guidance for Chad and his team in making these decisions. May they have patience to wait for the right people and the confidence to say no when it isnt right to, but in the intention of love and unity. Guide him in these difficult decisions and help people to accept the decisions that he and his team makes in love and respect for God's will even if they arent personally agreed with.

Just to let you know, I have been in ministry for nearly thirty years. Would love to get involved, but due to time restraints I cannot commit myself to the required hours. Maybe if our Lord would make a way we can talk again.
