If you're from the South, you'll have to check this one out!
1 and 1/2 cups muscadine juice, 1 and 1/4 cups sugar, 1/3 cup corn syrup, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. combine all in sauce pan, bring to boil, stirring constantly, let boil at full boil for 2 minutes and skim foam off top. can in a water bath for later use. it really looks like jam to me, but tastes great.
