My Anger and Cursing while working and driving...please help!

I need help..... I am a vile sinner.....
I Love the Lord Jesus Christ and its my desire to do what pleases him, but there are two weaknesses in my life where I tend to lose control. When I am working and when I am driving I tend to get angry and shamefully admit that I curse the Lord and take his name in vain. I confess my sin, but yet it continues day after day. I want more than anything to stop, but when I am doing these two things, its as I become a selfish prideful wretch who hates people. Is there something at those locations (work and car) that I need to drive out in Jesus name? If so, how? If not, what is the answer please? - Disgusted with my selfish prideful flesh.

They are in order for a good reason. There is a progression we undergo in our lives. Sanctification is a process.

Don't give up, you will understand it was all worth fighting for when you've reached the prize.

I have not been online much over the last few weeks and have only just seen your thread.

The Lord knows the struggle you are going through. He knows your heart.

The devil will whisper lies into your ear....seeking to increase your guilt and feelings of wretchedness.

Get into a spirit of praise and thanks. Let the joy of the Lord be your strength. When you start to feel anger rising....fight it by counting your blessings and singing praise the Lord. Dont give place to that sneaky liar the devil who wants to trip you up and spoil your joy


Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen
