My Lord Sings!!

The Lord loves a cheerful heartfelt song reaching the heavens with their voices, but that same Lord, our Lord, sings to us as well. Do you hear His song? It is sweet and low, and travels through my body, making every synapse alive with His gentle presense. Come Holy Spirit, Immerse me with Your song of joy!! Sweet communion amoungst the songs!

Yes, our Lord sings to our heart. Why can we sometimes not hear Him while at other times His song comes through to us loud and clear? Perhaps we too often have chosen the wrong moment to quench the Spirit? Certainly any moment is the wrong moment to quench rather than to receive and to absorb...

Sometimes I get so busy doing things (like cleaning the house, fixing dinner, working, etc.) that I don't take the time to stop and listen to His voice and His song. But then I hear a song on the radio at just the right moment, and I stop in utter amazement and wonder as I suddenly feel Him inside me. And it moves me to unexplained tears.
Hearing Him sing and speak to my heart is certainly the most wonderful thing I have ever experienced.
