My personal prayer for wellbeing

Father God,
if I am ill, mentally or physically, I ask that you heal me
if I am fearful of moving forward, I ask that you propel me
if I believe anything that is not true, I ask that you correct me
if I am out of control, I ask that you contain me
if I am consumed by hate, I ask that you free me
and if I cling to anything that is not good for me, I ask that you release me
