The Lord is so good, so mercyful, so kind, patient, wise beyond words, faithful, wonderful. The Lord has blessed me so much that I can not even begin to express the magnitude of my gratitude. If I said "Thank you Jesus" 24/7 a million times a day it would not be sufficient to thank the Lord properly for all He had done for me and my loved ones.
I have been through trials where I felt forsaken, forgotten and alone in the darkest deepest place with not even a glimmer of light shinning through. Through it all I always have hope, faith and love in my Lord Jesus Christ and I always know that there are reasons beyond my comprehension for what I am going through. The Lord has given me such victory in so many ways that I would have to write a book to tell you all the Lord has done for me and mine.
Let me just tell you about one great thing the Lord just did for me. I have lived with Irritable Bowel Disease since I was 13 years old. I started out with IBS, then Colitis in my 20's and Crohn's in my 30's. I've been through a lot with surgeries, medications, chemotherapy and so on. Along with this when I was 18 years old I was hit by a drunk driver who went through a stop sign at the estimated speed of 90-95 mph. My car was put into a spin and I was not wearing my seat belt, my injuries were severe. I had 5 slipped disks, 2 pinched nerves, degenerative disk disease, arthritis in my spine along with scoliosis. For many years I was taking pain killers and then something happened and my Dr. lost his license to write prescriptions. I knew that the Lord wanted me to stop relying on drugs and to trust Him. This was a long process of going through many things. Finally the Lord told me that He wanted me to wake up in the morning when He woke me and to get up no matter how much pain I was in and to pray, read the word, and worship Him for an hour every morning. Could it be this easy? Let me tell you, I did this and in less then one week I was completely healed and delivered from all pain. I can do things I haven't been able to do in years. I can eat like a normal person now.
There is so much much more the Lord has been doing for me and my family and friends as I said I would have to write a book. I just wanted to share this testimony with the world to let everyone know that the Lord just wants us to trust Him completely, to listen to Him, to be obedient and His blessings will be so so so much more then we deserve. For me to be completely healed for doing something I should have been doing anyway is the most unbelievable gift of pure Love from my Lord. He is so good and I am so in love with Him my life has been forever changed. The best part is knowing that it will continue to change and evolve as I continue down the road with my walk with Him.
I know that trials continue and my life is far far from being problem free, but you know what I have joy unspeakable. Knowing that the Lord loves me so much that He gave His only begotten Son so that MY sins could be forgiven is all I need to know to keep going no matter what. Praise God for his love!!!!!!!!!!!!
