Sadly brothers & sisters in Christ the times they are a changing in this world, and it's not for the better as shown by this article which can be read in full by accessing the link at the end. You might have to cut and paste, but it should get you there. Were this isolated, but one can find such occurrences daily all over the world.
Even those Shepards who are supposed to be protecting their flocks are instead leading them to the slaughter. Below is a quote from an article that is just a reflection of what Christianity is facing not from the outside, but within their own ranks.
"The Very Rev. Gary Hall, the cathedral's dean, said performing same-sex marriages is an opportunity to break down barriers and build a more inclusive community "that reflects the diversity of God's world."
In reading the word of God the only diversity in His Word is those who call Christ Jesus Lord, Savior and those who do not. Were it only this, but He must address those who do adhere to scripture, and not only read it.
The statement continues on as follows: "I read the Bible as seriously as fundamentalists do," Hall told the AP. "And my reading of the Bible leads me to want to do this because I think it's being faithful to the kind of community that Jesus would have us be."
Seems he has forgotten that it's not just about reading the Bible, but applying what you read regardless of what you might believe. It's also not about what "I think" as he states, but about what God has communicated to us in His Word.
Lord how much longer? So many being led astray, in the sad belief that this is what you want. Truly the times are changing when "evil" is being made to look like it's "good" and "good" to be "evil". Have mercy, mercy my Lord!

My Prayer:
Gracious Lord, instill your moral principles in my heart and the heart of others. That all may see these qualities through us, and may know Your wonderful character. Make us fruitful and useful for Your kingdom Lord! In Your Holy name I pray Jesus. Amen.

Hosea 2:23 And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to [them which were] not my people, Thou [art] my people; and they shall say, [Thou art] my God.
