As you might have heard healthy skin is is a function of a good digestive system.To accelerate or rev up our digestion we should incorporate enough fibre into our daily diet.Studies have shown that most people only consume half the amount of their daily fibre requirement.To increase your fibre intake you should try these;
i. eat beans and legumes,
ii. eat prunes,
iii.take high fibre snacks like dried fruits,seeds and nuts
iv. eat at least one apple everydayv. add whole grains to your diet, always choose grain products over refined products.
