Me and my wife are in desperately need of a home.
We are both in full time ministry giving up many opportunities which could have made up rich, but just so we can serve the cause of Jesus Christ.
We don't have any children yet because we don't have a proper home.
We promised ourselves that we wouldn't have a child until we had a home of our own.
We want our children to grow up up knowing they will always have a comfortable place to lay their heads.
As we continue on the mission field for Jesus, please remember us in your prayers, we are not getting any younger and we are not giving up.

Hi there brother Joshua, it is good that you ask for support in prayer, but don't let this simple request turn into worries and turmoil. Cast all your cares on God and be faithful, like you are faithful in Jesus, be faithful that God will provide.

Matthew 6:25-34
25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

28"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Hi Joshua. I am pleased to hear of you and your wife's fervor for the Lord and His work!

The Lord plans all things for His people. "Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." Pr. 19:21

The verses that teraside posted are perfect in your situation, because you can know for sure that God cares for you and your wife more than the lilies of the field.

I hope and pray that a house, and especially children, are in your near future. Children are a blessing, and it sounds as if you and your wife would be a great blessing to your children also!:sun:

Psalm 84:11 "For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor: no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless."

God bless you, Joshua. Please keep in touch with us at talkJesus. I hope that you will enjoy fellowship here.

May the Lord bless you Joshua. May his care of you fill your heart with peace and may his particular blessings shower upon you.
