Can you describe and explain what that is? I own a copy of DSM5, seriously, tell me all about it. Diagnostic and statistical is a textbook, we all know it's bogus. First of all, that manual describes what they do in the "zoo", and secondly (well-known psych fact), even the professionals deny having knowledge of the causes.
I bet it's really interesting being a counselor, when I was a little poe kid on the JTPA they actually made me an assistant in care house for people with profound diagnosis, but I just hated that job. Thirty years later, I kind of wish I'd been more medically inclined, because I still spent a certain amount of time and money on seminars and "classic books", and I have a pretty good idea of what the paradigm is in that.
I got in far enough that if someone with a college degree in the field tells me that they don't know what causes xyz "disorder", I believe them. The thing about psychology is that I know how it's funded, all psychology is paid for by state research grants. Research and development. They make big bank breaking fortunes putting people on those 329 dollars a month plus food coupons programs, and they don't ever mean to solve a problem.
But it's interesting, isn't it?
