New Name for Youth Group

Hey everyone!

I'm trying to come up with a new name for youth group/bible study. I live in Fort Lauderdale and not many people are into church. When I evangelize using the term "bible study" people aren't interested and when I say "youth group" they think it's a bunch of 14 year olds. I'm trying to reach ages 18 to 25 so what do you think would be a good name for it???

I'm up for any and all suggestions! :groupwave:

My son's youth group is called "Search Light".

how about calling it "young adults group" that implies what ages your looking for.

I was thinking the same thing, jari.

I think of youth group as the ages of junior high to high school...so that could be 11-18 or so.

But once not in high school...and more college age...that is young adult. Usually unmarried....but some are...etc...

Our Church called their young adult group YAK-Young Adult Klub hehe Even had a yak on their website.

i like this one, nice message (from the truth). A person can be truly free only in christ. Free from sin. thats what i was thinking.

I suggest "First Light" having the same initials for the place (Fort Lauderdal)

I'd suggest Biblical Philosophy. This way you may entice an open discussion with people on the edge of belief instead of focusing entirely on those who already have it.
