New to Jesus

Hi, I'm johnpaul,
I'm an ex school teacher. After a bad time caused by lack of faith, I've returned to our Lord. I don't belong to a Church because I can't decide which denomination to join. So this forum is perfect for me to have some sort of fellowship.
Being out of work for the first time in 15 years, I found life financially hard, but Jesus pulled me through and I'm back on my feet training as an adult special needs teacher. I've learnt to rely on Him and not my own resources.You know he will never forsake you, but the world and it's constant pressures are hard to ignore.
Please write and tell me your thoughts, good or bad about me.

Hey johnpaul. I'm glad you can come here to fellowship! Always welcome. I'm new to Talk Jesus also. I've found it to be a "fun fellowship-filled forum for faith-filled" believers...lol. (Try saying that 'five' times...lol)
No, but seriously, always lean on God, because this world in all it's stupidity WILL let you down, but God NEVER WILL. Continue working for Him and he'll continue working in you!

hello my name is bob white.I am so thank ful for grace thru faith to save me not of works. well my family is from whiteside, nova scotia,Cape breton is.richmond county.Our homestead is still there owned by family.since 1840s or something,I was there once.but my father spent many summers there. do you know where its at.
