Not eating?

I haven't felt hungry in 3 days and I'm usually hungry alot.I lost a few pounds and this is my fourth day and I'm not hungry?Does anybody know why?It's weird because i'm a person of big appetite.
 
maybe you changed some habbits of eating or something changed in yourlife.
some people (or most people) eat and feel apetite when they are worried and depressed.. while some others feel not hungry when they are depressed. maybe you drink more then usual (basicly most people dont feel the diffrence of thirst and hunger so they eat when they thirsty, and thirst can calm a little bit hunger.) if something in your life changed might have affect on your eating habbits. i dont know you and i dont know whats is your daily acts.. but maybe if you make some sports (if you dont) then the hunger will come back.. or maybe you just drink alot (which is basicly good) and this why you dont feel hungry or you just eat food with fibers which make you feel less hungry. anyway if you worried and yuo dont figure out if any of this is your case i suggest to prayer and to talk with a doctor.

It may be due to a chemical imbalance in your digestive system. Maybe more than usual amount of bile in the stomach. I would get it checked out immediately.
 
Stress can be a reason. Everyone reacts differently to stress but if you feel emotionally ok and so, it just might be something else. Perhaps the body is rejecting the need for more food, for cleansing reasons. Drink plenty of water.
 
I am worried for you Spreadtheword,

Have you managed to eat anything? Would you say your food intake has reduced to a normal level or abnormal low level?

If that was me that it be my time to fast and no pain for hunger but if that was a case I would pray about that case

maybe he have a disease (i hope not) so he need to take care
this is the easy way to fast right?
but i dont think its good to do so. maybe he should try to eat a bit?
i think that fasting should be like a fight against the body you need to work on it. when its easy, i think its.. just well not worthy as fast when you fight against the urge to eat.
but that just me.
i hope that spread is okay now.

I actually feel great.Even when I don't eat I still feel normal.I ate anyways.Eating is healthy.Thanks everyone for replying :)
