Trust is a very important factor for all relationships. When trust is broken it is the end of the relationship. Lack of trust leads to suspicion generates anger, anger causes enmity and enmity may result in separation.

A telephone operator told me that one day she received a call .She answered “Public Utility Board”. There was silence. She repeated, “PUB”. There was still no answer. When she was going to cut off the line she heard a woman’s voice, “Oh so this is PUB. Sorry I got the number from my Husband’s pocket but I do not know whose Number is it”

Without mutual trust, just imagine what will happen to the couple if the telephone operator answered with just “hello” instead of “PUB”Trust is a very important factor for all relationships. When trust is broken it is the end of the relationship. Lack of trust leads to suspicion generates anger, anger causes enmity and enmity may result in separation.

Colossians 3:18-20

The Christian Home

18 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them.
20 Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to the Lord.

1 Peter 3:1-7

1 Peter 3

Submission to Husbands

1 Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, 2 when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear. 3 Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel— 4 rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. 5 For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissive to their own husbands, 6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.

A Word to Husbands

7 Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
