Is the "mountain analogy" of God true. Where God is pictured at the top of a mountain, and humanity at the base. Religeous man is carving his way up the mountain,.Some take a direct route, others wind their way up, but eventually everyone reached the top in their own way.

After all aren't there many 'good' religeons out there, and aren't there
good intentioned people who are part of those religeons, brought up in those religeons. What about them? Is Christianity the only true way? Are not all other religeons describing the same God in differing ways?

Is there really a vital difference between Islam, Buddhism, Judaism Millions claim these religeons to be valid.

But looking a little more closely at Religeon's claim to truth... .I see
that all religeons contradict Christianity in many important ways.
It becomes quite clear that both cannot be true.

Briefly.... because I am not over interested in them

I found that Buddhism teaches that the ultimate goal is what is called 'Nirvana' where all pain and suffering exist no more. And the way to reach this Nirvana is by following the 8 fold Path to Enlightenment, and then you reach a place of
total nothingness........

In Hinduism the ultimate goal is also 'Nirvana' , but Nirvana is different....Instead of being snuffed out like a candle in the Buddhism faith 'Nirvana' for a Hindu is being reunited with Brahm, an all pervading force of the universe.
And the way to achieve this union with Brahm, this 'Nirvana' is through
re-incarnation, after death. Depending on how you have lived your life determines whether you move up or down in creation
.
In Islam, heaven is a paradise of wine, women, and song. And the way to achieve this blissful paradise is to, ironically, abstain from these things in this world. In addition a Muslim must follow the five Pillars of Islam to achieve paradise

Judaism denies that Jesus is Lord. Jews believe that it is through the
following of theJewish Law that one obtains eternal life. And Jesus he was merely a human teacher or prophet at best. But he is not the Messiah.

All these claims to truth, these ways to God, or to paradise, completely contradict Christianity.

They may be close, but remain wrong. Nearness is not enough. Almost but lost.

Let me give you, a picture that I believe shows the stark contrast
between Christianity and all other religeons. Picture a father and his 3 year old daughter. The daughter wants her father to pick her up, to embrace her... to carry her,to hold her close. That is all the little girl wants.....to be in her father's arms. And so the little girl lifts her hands up to God and desperately reaches for his father neck so that she can be lifted up. She reaches and reaches...and urges her father to pick her up. But she is never quite able to
reach up high enough. That is a picture of the desperation many find in trying to reach up to God through religeon...but never quite reaching high enough.
World religeons are a system of rules, pious commandments which may perhaps bring comfort .......but that is all......No Salvation No testiumony of the grace of God.....No song about Amazing Grace

Thinking now of Christianity picture a father and a 3 year old daughter. The child reaches up to her father to be lifted up, and held in his arms. But instead of just looking down at his child, he lovingly reaches down to where the child is, and with compassion and strength lifts the child up into his arms and draws the child close to himself.

That is what makes Christianity different from all religeons. God came
down to us in the form of Jesus Christ, and made a way for us to be lifted up to God....Jesus is the WAY to the arms of God.. Jesus came to save us, so that we could come to Him, and have fellowship with Him.

Excellent, amen

John 10:1 "Truly, truly I tell you, the person who does not enter the sheepfold through the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a bandit.

John 10:7 So again Jesus said, "Truly, truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep.

John 10:9 I am the gate. If anyone enters through me, he will be saved.

God shows Himself to everyone in the world through what is made. Everyone in the world of all religions can feel His voice and feel His joy. Everyone in the world, if they choose, can serve God with all their heart, mind, body and soul.

People of all religions can serve God in their motive, and many many do. Non-Christians however that truly serve God have a problem; even though they serve God with their motive, in their actions they cannot physically do things to or for God as God is not in their physical realm. They can do things for man or for tasks but physically they cannot do things directly to God.

With Christians God is in the physical realm as Jesus. Jesus is God. Thus God is in the Christian's physical realm. The Christian can serve God with his or her motive as people of other religions however the Christian can physcially do things for God by doing things to Jesus. The Christian does this by doing things to Jesus in everyone he or she meets.

Thus Christianity is the completing man to become his true self with complete union with God. With Christianity the Christian can see Jesus (God) in everyone he or she meets and serve Jesus in them.

I happen to think

Well, in the New Testament, the apostles never referred to themselves as Christians, the Greeks just called them that in Acts, if you research it somewheres. The apostles only referred to themselves as believers of 'the way' or believers of Christ, or believers of the truth.

New Testament also constantly says to 'let no man deceive you' ... and that 'even satan can be seen as an angel of light' (or something similar to that, forgive me for paraphrasing, im very tired).

I have thoroughly researched many things on my epic quest for truth in life, and upon much Quran/Muslim research, I've found it is VERY possible that Muhammad was visited by 'an angel of light' which could have been satan himself or a fallen angel, who deceived him while also telling him truths mixed with lies to be more believeable; then forced him to recite while shaking/convulsing him and muhammad feared for his life, so he obeyed. in a documentary it was told of this story of muhammad meeting the angel in a cave and it made him convulse and foam at the mouth. Plus the koran has several instances where it provokes violence and even the slaying of Christians if they don't 'Submit' to islam... hrmmmmmm, anyways...

that ruled out the koran i have here in my bedroom (shamefully, although still a good book despite the violent issues and denial of Jesus as our Messiah).

Buddhism was one man deceiving many by having people serve the creature rather than the creator (Romans ch.1) (same as with evolutionists-who-feel-all-came-from-one-organism). I personally believe that people who feel we evolved from a rock and goo are practicing the religion of evolution because it requires that leap of faith.

so we got people believing in other false gods + idols (buddah things and elephants etc etc)...

once again, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.

Go out and spread the word, because I could talk about this stuff alllllllllllllll night! but i am sleepy!

anyways, about the egyptians, myans, sumerians... Genesis 6:4 is all I have to say about that.

Please discuss <3

Without Christ man's best effort cannot be anything but a filthy rag and the flesh is always against the Spirit of God.
Without Christ none can approach or know the Father for their sin must be judged to stand in His holy presence.
