Wow the scale of that flood is terrible. Let us pray and also give.

As a Member of the United Methodist Church, I gave 10% of income in tithes and offerings ( we discussed this in another forum related to tithing),
and all of the churches in the UMC pull their resources together to support UMCOR( United Methodist Corp On Relief ).

We respond to global disasters all over the world and much more. These are the areas that UMCOR serves as they use the resources
for United Methodist church pulled together from all over the world as the UMC is global. The overhead also is very little to minimal,
meaning most of the money is used directly for the need, little administrative cost.

Subtracting the 3.63 million non-Muslims from the population total of 216.57 million (2019) - leaves sadly still 212.94 Million Sunni and Sufi Muslims!
Meaning that there are still great persecutions going on against non-Muslims, and disasters such as this accentuate the troubles even more.
Which should have us keeping them in prayer!
