Daily Mail Sun July 16 an artical by Simon Heffer.
"There is one particular disturbing question about the London bombings: how could four young British subjects, who had spent their lives in our free & democratic country, murder their fellow Britons so callously.
The answer lies in the British state's policy of multi-culturalism which has encouraged some minorities to believe that their exreme beliefs are superior to the values of the majority in this country. The traditional liberal culture of this
majority- to which most immigrants happily subscribe- is anathema to the bombers & their supporters.---------------
---------
For years , any politician wishing to court public approval has nailed his colours to the mast of multi-culturalism.----------
---------
Dispite mass immigration, about 93% of the population of this country subscribe to Christian traditions.
Yet it is this majority who are too often treated as second-class citizens & discouraged from standing up for their rights for fear of upsetting minorities.------------
---------
In America ( a nation of 280 million people) all manner of different faiths are tolerated & discrimination is outlawed.-----
-------
The result is that the U.S. has a distinct way of life, clear values & a strong sense of national unity & identity.-------
-------
In 1968 Enoch Powell was vilified for predicting what the Press misquoted as "Rivers of Blood" if we did not protect & advance the culture & traditions of our country.
He has been proved right. It is now up to our political leaders to make multi-culturalism a dirty word, & overturn the victory of the "enemy within".
:(

Prompted the question in me, how should Christians & thinking

people deal with" P.C.", "Our Rights'' & the sugestion that we

should "all be equal" ??? ??? ??? ??? etc etc

Hi Laterunner

"Christians and thinking people"...lol....lol

I like this thread very much. It has made me think about this issue that many people do not like to talk about in case they say something even mildly offensive. It is hard, but it does need to be discussed.

Positive discrimination could have much to do with this.

Great article Laterunner! Got me thinking
