I've seen it, would waste my money on it.
Personally, I think the whole 'fitness' industry is a big money making scam preying on the over-weight and insecure. I personally have never had an issue with weight, have been body building for half my life and my wife taught a cardio boot camp class for 20 years ( her body is paying for it know). If people would just adopt a healthy lifestyle of nutrition and exercise they wouldn't be sucked in by every diet fad and the latest fat burning machine.
We all do what we can...it has to be a lifestyle, not a summer diet plan. Stick with it, stay consistant...thats what ultimately works.
