- 3/4 cup frozen lima beans

- 1 tbsp. coriander seeds
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 pieces cod fillet

- 1 large cloves clove large garlic
- 1 small jalapeño pepper (approx 1/2 tbsp.)
- 4 whole tomatoes
- 1/3 cup nicoise olives (or kalamata)
