good question one that I have often wondered about myself,

Just my 2 cents worth. I've read many times in the Scripture, "and God sent."

There is no barrier in this world that God can't cross.

He uses His faithful servants to cross those barriers and deliver His message.

He knows who they are and where they are. God is in the sending business.
