Pleases Help- Fear of Wrists

Ever since around May-June this year I've noticed I'm absolutely terrified of:
- people touching my wrists
- touching others' wrists
- looking at wrists
- thinking about/looking at veins/tendons in wrists
*I mainly fear for my left wrist*

Even wrists in general are starting to freak me out, and learning about Carpal Tunnel issues in computers class didn't really help.
I can't tell anyone I know, especially my parents (I've read about peoples' families torturing them with this fear. My family would do that to me no problem.) so I'm posting this on here to see if other people have had similar fears before so I don't feel quite as alone.

My wrists are brushing the keyboard as I type and it's distracting me, at times like this my left wrist feels... "different" ?
Almost like it's floating? It's freaking me out, but it happens all the time.

As a result, I freak out when people grab my wrists, arms, or shake hands. and touching another persons' also makes me feel a little sick. My teacher has a wrist tattoo, it's hard for others to notice, but I can't stop starring at it. because i can't imagine how anyone could possibly that brave.

We'll learn more about bodies and stuff in science next semester, I don't wanna faint or throw up in the middle of class. (It hasn't happened yet, but there's a good chance it could)

So... if you've been through something like this please help, use words I understand though.
Don't call me "sick" don't be a jerk about it. I've seen it happen before and it's happened to me. I'm hoping this environment will be nicer than the last one I tried.

Then next time you have a doctors appt, tell him your wrists are bothering you, a sort of slight pain and weakness that doesn't go away, and let him check it out to see if its anything physical. If its not, the talk to the Lord about it, or your pastor or a pastor of another church who you know of. I will be glad to pray for you.
