please when somebody lost his business and still own people big money.
how do he come out of this as a christian so as not to comit any sin?

Follow your conscience before God and follow the law of your country. Bad things can happen to good people and God fully understands that so do not put yourself under condemnation over those things you cannot control.

I think if you can, do reconcile and talk to the persons you have to.
Every business goes through a rough time. Pray to the Lord that He will bless the heart of the people you need to talk to, that they may gain understanding of your situation.
I believe the utmost sin you are preventing is lying. And fearfulness of how things will turn out. I want to give these few verses. And Ill keep you in prayers too. God bless.
