Ingredients:
1 pack cheep hotdogs: Cut to coin size
1 large onion, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can condensed-tomato soup
¼ cup diced jalapenos
2 cans cheep pork-n-beans
1 to 2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon chili powder
Mix all ingredients on medium heat. Increase heat to medium high and bring to slow boil.
Once boiling drop heat to low and let simmer for about 45 minutes. The longer it is on the heat the thicker it gets. Thicken to your likings Salt and Pepper to taste.
This is a great pot luck meal! It will add a blast to any gathering! It really is good!
I must say that if you are anything like me you won’t be able to put the spoon down. That means that this feeds only one person… However, portions and size as well as sides can stretch this out to around feeding 6 to 8.
