When we are in church and goign through Worship and things and a Touchign Song comes to your ears.. people will close thier eyes and Throw up thier Hands to God and Worship him.. Sorry for the poor use of Terminology but yeah...

does God love you more or see you better if you have your hands outstreached to him??

does God hear you better when you are prayign with your hands out streached??

can you be more IN Tunre with God when you are reachign to get to him???

when you are sittign in church or standign rather. worshiping God. does it mean more if you have your eyes closed and havign your arms reachign for him than just standing with your eyes open and singing and praying??? which is better i mean if God loves us all. what is the MAIn difference. liek does it mean that your a better Christian than others if you have your eyes closed and reachign for god???

i am askignt his because i find i am just as intune with god with my eyes open and hands by my side or crossed just worshipiing?? so is that bad or good???

Love Simon!!!

Ofcourse it dont matter how you worship him, but why you worship him, I personally prefer to keep my eyes closed as it just feels like me and god, even in my house, and somtimes lift my hands depends how i feel. Its up to the individual wot ever they feel comfortable with, i think there are alot of christians thou who in church keep one eye on thier nieghbour at church and the other eye on god, we should just forget who is around us and worship our king which ever way comes naturally.

I prefer quite and more restrained I guess you would call it; head bowed eyes closed and praying, but does not make a difference between me or someone who lifts the hands toward heaven as long as it is truthfull and in spirit.

John 4:23 "But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.
John 4:24 "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."(NASB)

Also as long as a person is not making a specatcle of themsleves to be seen or heard by others to feel they are more righteous.

Luke 18:10 "Two men went up into the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
Luke 18:11 "The Pharisee stood and was praying this to himself: 'God, I thank You that I am not like other people: swindlers, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector.
Luke 18:12 'I fast twice a week; I pay tithes of all that I get.'
Luke 18:13 "But the tax collector, standing some distance away, was even unwilling to lift up his eyes to heaven, but was beating his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me, the sinner!'
Luke 18:14 "I tell you, this man went to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted."(NASB)

Hope this is helpfull.

Peace be with you,
John
