I am the youngest in my family. I am the only one who have full belife in God and the only one who know and been saved by Christ. In the last couple of years.. in some holidays i preach to my family (not about jesus yet). i tell all i know on the happening and events and stuff of the bible related to that holiday... and sometimes i try to drip some stuff related to john the baptist and some other important figures in the time of Jesus. i want to become older in 3-4 years and declare that i am happy Christian in belife and saved by christ (i told my parents that 2 years ago while i tried to convince them to send me to a community of messianic jews in other city). my parents really opposed that and said if you want to go: than pay urself for a cab and go alone (which means even you do so we wont let you go).. they knew i was intersted in christianity for quite a while and they knew i read the NT on my computer (which i tell the story of how i even find it and why i started to read it in my testimony if ill post it and i think my trial isnt over yet). yet i want to ready my family to accept christ as their saviour.. and i want to preach to them (my mom is the 1st one to listen she is very intersted in bible but she dont know enough the old toungue of the bible to read for herself).
am i doing it okay? someone have any tips to how to preach?
usually my family listens to me or atleast pretend they do. i really want to declare as christian at my adult stage (18) cuz now i have my own belife which i can own but my paretns can deny me any kind of practicing of christianity and they alrdy did so.. and i have my own john gospel which i got from missionaries who came to our city when i read it my family was really feard i wont stay jewish or i might get kidnapped (they think its some kind of cult which there are some christian looking like cults who kidnap people to out of the country sometimes). now i pray when i can (cant lock the door) and now sometimes also perform the eucharist on my own (try to hide it if i can). so really any tips shares or anything that might help. (i really dun want to hurt them and make them ready for the preaching about my lord). (by the way one of my relative read some prophecies and their proofs in jesus and read some of "John" but not open mind and denyied it and said it dsnt have any logic in it or its something false.. but anyway he dun really care much of god exist or not cuz he think if he really does he probably dun much care about things here on earth)..
