Prostitution seems to be a side effect of Fornication being legal. Also lack of charity by both the wealthy and the poor.

Unless the problem of Fornication and lack of Charity is addressed then is difficult for me to give an answer. I have heard reports of some people being extremely unfortunate.

This may not be the best example but it's as if you caught a woman in Adultery but where is the Man? They both should be stoned yet you only bring the woman which is showing respecter of persons and offending in one point and one being guilty of all. "I am using Woman as Prostitution and Man as Fornication in my analogy". That's how I view it as this time.

So essentially if one asks me if prostitution should be legal or illegal when I see Fornication is promoted and their is a lack of charity by both rich and poor; I have no answer.
"At least in America where Capitalism and Fornication is promoted." A byproduct of that is some women will naturally see it normal for monetary gain especially if extremely poor.

However I am aware one could say

Mat 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Mat 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Mat 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Yet I still prefer to look at the bigger elephant in the room which causes the stampede to begin with. My concern is not necessarily prostitution when fornication and lack of charity is promoted. At-least in America with Capitalism, Feminism, American Dream, etc. However my lack of works in this affair could make me culpable.

That is very insightful. It is beautiful because it points the focus back to God's WORD and reminds us that when you take God out of the picture society falls apart.
